Jung became a psychiatrist in 1900 and in 1904 he gained acquaintance through his research with the word association test. In 1907 he met Sigmund Freud, and became a psychoanalyst. In 1913 Jung become detached from Freud for a garland of reasons including Freuds demands and ego centred approach to his own theories above whatsoever further research. He then established his own theory, called analytic psychology. Jung travelled extensively to compare the dreams, mythology, folklore, art, and religion of autochthonal mints thither with that from Europe, China, and India. They are termed introverts and extroverts. Introverts express their interests in their cozy creation of thoughts and imagination. They are more comfortable unaccompanied or with a small number of people. They tend to opt solitudinarian occupations such as writers, artists, accountants. Extraverts express their interests towards the outer world of people and things. They are more comfortable in the troupe of others and stress out company. They tend to have social occupations such as salespeople, actors, comics or teachers. As well as the cardinal important characteristics, Jung also suggested that every person is born with a pre disposition towards different aspects of four functions. As in intussusception and extraversion are opposites, so are the four functions. The startle two opposing functions would be sensing and intuition, the second readiness being feeling and thinking.
